Timberland is located at San Mateo Rizal which is the best place for bikers. We went there to shoot our biker model for our thesis purpose. We were amazed by the beautiful views that you will see while you are on the hills. This place is nice for the bikers and those who want to lose weight or let's say want a hard mode jogging and walking.
It was like mountain walking under the sun. When we were on the topmost of the hill, we saw the skyline. It was so amazing yet tiring but we had fun on the experience.
It was a goal that we made. We are so blessed that one of the truck going up allowed us to ride on the back part of the truck. Because of that, we made on the top easily.
How to go:
1. Ride a jeepney from Philcoa, QC going to Puregold San Mateo traversing Commonwealth Ave.
2. From Puregold, hop on to a tricycle towards the famous Aling Tina's Carinderia or at the entrance near the famous Shotgun road.
3. From there, it's just around 1-km of walk/hike at the steep road going towards the gate of Timberland Heights, and another less than 1-km to reach TLC or TSNC.
