The windmills were located on top of the hills on Tanay, Rizal. We just stop there for a while since we were in Rizal already. We just check the place for an hour but we already enjoy the views up there. From the parking place, you need to walk up because vehicles were not allowed up there. there were lot of vendors on parking area where you can buy foods and souvenirs.
This is the view that you will see other than the windmills there. Take your selfies with the windmills and beautiful views there.
The windmills are so huge and you will see a lot of them there. there were lots of windmills in a line up. you can take a walk up there and make the best of the moment especially during sunset.
Since you were on top of the hills, expect a very strong winds.
How to go:
1. From Starmall FX / Van Terminal in Shaw Boulevard or Araneta Center, Cubao, you can ride a jeep or van going to Tanay, Rizal. From Starmall, the vans GT-express fare is P70.
2. Get down at the junction or the Tanay Public Market in Sampaloc. Travel time is about 2-3 hours depending on traffic.
3.Hire a tricycle going to the Wind Farm. Rates are negotiable. It’s better if you’re in a group so you can split the costs.
